How do I buy crypto with GrabPay?
GrabPay is a trusted mobile wallet and digital payment solution widely used across Singapore and Southeast Asia that lets you make purchases using your linked payment methods. You can now use GrabPay to buy crypto instantly on our platform—via app and web.
How do I own a crypto with GrabPay?
On the app
Log in to your account on OKX app, go to Buy and Sell and select Buy
Enter into the Buy and sell section
Select > within the SGD balance option
Select your payment method section
On the method selection page, select GrabPay
Select GrabPay as your payment method
Select cryptocurrency and amount you wish to purchase and Preview your order
Key in your details and preview your order
Preview your purchase and submit it by selecting Buy
Buy your crypto to submit your purchase
Login using your GrabPay registered mobile number and approve the login via the Grab app
Use your registered mobile number with GrabPay to login
Approve your payment in the Grab app
Return back to the OKX app, before confirming and authorizing the payment
Confirm your payment to finalize
On the web
Log in to your account here
Go to Buy Crypto and select Express buy
Select Express buy to start buying crypto on OKX
Select cryptocurrency and amount you intend to buy for
On the method selection page, select GrabPay and Preview your order
Preview your purchase and submit it by selecting Buy
Login using your GrabPay registered phone number and approve the login via the Grab app
Back on the OKX web, continue and authorize the payment

1. Why can I only choose certain payment methods?
To comply with local laws and regulations, the payment methods available to you on your account will be limited to those that are appropriate based on the account verification documents you've provided during onboarding on our platform.
2. Can I withdraw funds directly from my Grab wallet?
No, withdrawals to digital wallets like Grab wallet aren't supported. You can withdraw funds to your linked bank account instead.
3. I didn't complete the transaction, but I see that I was charged. Why?
If you don't complete the transaction, your funds will be released by Grab in a short period of time. If you still see the funds on hold after 1 business day, we recommend you to contact the Grab support team for more information.
4. What are the transaction limits?
Grab has set the following limits for GrabPay wallet verified users:
Single transaction limit: SGD $5,000
Annual limit: SGD $30,000
If you exceed the limit, your transaction will not be processed.
