Flash Earn Terms and Conditions
Flash Earn is offered by the OKX entity on which you are onboarded as a customer under the OKX Terms of Service ("OKX"). It is a rewards program through which users can stake supported Digital Assets and earn returns ("Rewards").
If the supported Digital Asset is also supported on OKX's Simple Earn product, a subscription into Flash Earn will concurrently and automatically subscribe the Digital Asset into Simple Earn, in order to earn both Simple Earn yield and the Flash Earn rewards. By subscribing to Flash Earn, you are deemed to be placing a subscription order to subscribe those same Digital Assets into Simple Earn (where relevant, and provided Simple Earn is supported for your jurisdiction and for your account).
Each Flash Earn has a specific start date and end date (the "Promotion Period"). Please review the latest Flash Earn announcements for the applicable Promotion Period.
By accessing the event page and participating in this event, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and the Simple Earn terms and conditions here, to the extent your Digital Asset is supported by Simple Earn.
Participation in this event is limited to main account holders only. Sub-accounts are not eligible for participation. The Flash Earn campaigns you are eligible to participate in, as well as the applicable rewards or participation limits (if any), may vary depending on your user account status, transaction history with us, or VIP tier, or other eligibility criteria determined by OKX from time to time.
Customers must pass or have previously passed OKX’s advanced identity verification.
Only eligible OKX customers will be able to participate in this rewards program. Please refer to the specific eligibility requirements in the latest Flash Earn FAQ page.
In order to receive the Rewards, you need to subscribe to eligible Flash Earn supported Digital Assets. Rewards are based on the specific Flash Earn campaign terms and are calculated based on the amount of eligible Digital Assets you hold for the required campaign period.
Rewards shall accrue every hour and are eligible to claim after two hours from initial subscription. The subscribed Digital Assets can be redeemed at any time.
Unclaimed rewards will be automatically transferred to your funding account after the subscription period ends.
When the campaign ends, if you haven’t redeemed manually:
If your Digital Assets are concurrently subscribed into Simple Earn, they will remain in Simple Earn to generate returns, while the Flash Earn rewards will be returned to your funding account. You can withdraw your Digital Assets from Simple Earn anytime in accordance with the Simple Earn terms and conditions.
If your Digital Assets are not supported by Simple Earn (for example, OKSOL and BETH), both the Digital Assets and the Flash Earn rewards will be returned to your Funding account.
All applicable taxes, as well as any fees or additional expenses arising from the acceptance and use of Rewards under this event, shall be the sole responsibility of the recipient. This includes, without limitation, any connection, installation, or service-related charges.

OKX reserves the right to monitor participant behavior during the event and to disqualify any user it deems to have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise irregular conduct. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using accounts or personal information belonging to others, submitting falsified KYC documentation, manipulating trading volume, engaging in wash trading or self-dealing, repeatedly recycling on-chain funds, participating in reward farming groups, or any other illegal, deceptive, or harmful activities. OKX reserves the right to revoke a participant’s eligibility without prior notice in the event of any such conduct.
OKX reserves the right to interpret the terms and conditions of this promotion as it sees fit. It reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, exclude any participants from this promotion, and/or cancel this promotion without notice.
