How do I add funds from portfolio to my Pay balance?
Easily add assets from your portfolio to your Pay balance. If your Pay balance is low, you can top it up anytime from your portfolio. Users need to set up Pay before they can add funds from the portfolio function.
How do I add my funds?
Go to Simple mode and select Pay from the main menu
Access Pay option on the Simple mode page
Select + Add to add funds from portfolio
Add your funds through the + Add option
Enter the amount you want to add to your Pay balance
Key in the amount of funds that you want
How do I transfer funds from my Pay balance to portfolio?
Select the Arrow icon in Pay
Hit the Arrow icon to load open the transfer options
Proceed to select the Transfer to portfolio option
Move your funds via Transfer to portfolio
Select the crypto of your preference and key in your amount
Select your crypto accordingly
What chains are supported?
Only X Layer is supported currently via this functionality.
How long will it take for my assets to appear in my Pay balance?
It typically takes a few seconds for transfer to be processed. We'll send an email and push notification once it's completed.
Can I cancel the transaction after submitting it?
No, users aren't allowed to cancel after submission. Users can transfer their balance from pay balance back to exchange if required.
