You need to add the seller on WeChat. Find the funds, click on [View Details] — [Request Transfer Receipt] — [Apply], enter the other party's full name, and then submit the application.

How to check Alipay real-name registration?

Method 1: Request an electronic receipt after the transfer.

After receiving the funds, click on Transfer details, then Apply for electronic receipt. Fill in your email address and complete the seller's name according to the seller's verified information displayed on the platform. Finally, click Confirm. Please check your email promptly to verify that the seller's account name matches.

Method 2: Add an invitee for transfer and check the last character of the real name.

If you have added the seller's Alipay account, you can check if the last character of the real name matches by viewing the transfer details. To ensure the real name is accurate, please apply for an electronic receipt using the first method. You can click "Authentication" next to the nickname, enter the seller's surname, and confirm if the payment is made under the real name.
