How do I enable camera and photo access to upload required documents?

When using the OKX App, certain permissions such as storage, camera, and microphone must be enabled in scenarios like identity verification or submitting payment-related orders. These permissions allow you to upload images, audio recordings, or videos as required.

If you are unable to provide payment receipts or upload screenshots and other supporting documents to customer support, it may be because the Camera or Storage permissions are not enabled. Please go to your phone’s app permission settings and enable Storage and Camera access for the OKX App. Permission paths may vary by device model. Please refer to the instructions below for common devices.

iPhone

On your home screen, select Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos, then enable permissions for the OKX app. Next, return to Privacy & Security, select Camera, and enable permissions for the OKX app.

Huawei

Open your phone's Settings > Apps > App Management > OKX > Permissions, then enable Storage and Camera permissions.

VIVO

Open your phone's Settings > Apps > App Management > OKX > Permissions > Set Camera and Photos & Videos to Allow full access, then complete the setup.

Xiaomi

Open your phone's Settings > App Settings > OKX > Permission Management > Set Camera and Photos & Videos to Always allow.
