1. What is a screenshot of source of funds?

The seller refers to a screenshot of the funds transaction history from your payment account, showing the income and expenses for the last few days (different sellers may have different requirements, generally 1 to 3 days).

Why do you need a screenshot of the source of funds?

To confirm that your account has not received any deposits in the last 1 to 3 days (it is best to use an account that has not received deposits in the last 3 days for payment), the risk of your account having risk funds is significantly lower. This reduces the transaction risk and makes it less likely for your card to be frozen, which makes sellers more willing to conduct transactions with you.

Important notes:

This action will not affect your account security. If you are concerned about personal information leakage, you can redact sensitive information. The platform strictly requires sellers to keep user information confidential, so please cooperate with the seller to complete the verification process.

How do I take a screenshot of my bank card?

Step 1: Open the app you will use for payment.

  • If you are making a payment with a bank card, please open the mobile banking app associated with that card.

  • If you are using Alipay for payment, you can open the Alipay app directly.

  • If you are using WeChat for payment, you can open the WeChat app directly.

Note:

1. If you do not have the mobile banking app, please download it from your mobile app marketplace. After binding your bank card, proceed to the next step.

2. Buying cryptocurrency supports interbank transfers. You can use a different bank account with the seller's. Open the mobile banking app for the account you will use to make the payment to proceed.

For example, using a bank card: I will transfer money to the seller using China Merchants Bank. Open the the China Merchants Bank app.

Step 2: Find the "Income and Expense Details" feature entry

Note: Taking China Merchants Bank as an example, you can find the "Transaction Details" entry on the app's Homepage. If you don't see it on the Homepage, most apps have it located in the "My" section at the bottom of the navigation bar.

Step 3: Screenshot of income and expenditure details

The screenshot needs to include the following information:

1. Includes the current account balance (the balance is greater than the total amount of this transaction);

2. Account real-name information (personal real-name account);

3. The screenshot time range meets the seller's requirements.

Note:

When there are many income and expense details, you can filter out the revenue details for a separate screenshot. To do this, click on "Filter" in the upper right corner of the page, select "All Revenue" in the pop-up window, and then click "Done". If filtering is not supported, you can take a screenshot of everything.

How do I take a screenshot of my Alipay funds flow?

Please open the Alipay app, Select Me > My transaction, click the top right corner "...", select Issue proof of transaction. Then follow the on-screen instructions based on your personal needs.


If you need to issue a transaction proof for a specific "designated payee," go to the account history page, select a transaction with the Merchant, click on View Transaction Records, and then click on Issue a certificate in the upper right corner.
Once successfully issued, the system will send the proof to you via email. You can view the details after entering the dynamic code to unzip the file.

How do I take a screenshot of my WeChat funds flow?

Method 1:

  1. Open WeChat, then Select Me > Pay and Services > Wallet.

  2. Select Transactions button in the upper right corner of the wallet page.

3. Select FAQ > Download Transactions to select the purpose for downloading the account history. You can export up to three months of account history for personal reconciliation or choose up to one year of account history for proof purposes.

4. Select the account history you need. Then, enter your email address and payment authentication as shown on the page. Tap Confirm and wait for the account history to be sent to your email.

Method two:

1. Open WeChat, then tap on WeChat Pay > My account history > account history Details; follow the other steps as in Method One (Steps 3-4).

How do I send a screenshot to the seller?

Open OKX app and go to the Home page. Select C2C trading > Orders. Choose your order and tap the Chat entry. Upload your screenshot and send it to the seller. After completing these steps, please wait for the seller to confirm. You can remind the seller to confirm as soon as possible through the online chat.
