How do I add funds into my Pay balance?

Easily add assets from your portfolio to your Pay balance. If your Pay balance is low, you can top it up anytime from your portfolio.

How do I add my funds?

1. Go to Simple and select Pay from the main menu

2. Select + Add to add funds from portfolio

3. Enter the amount you want to add to your Pay balance

How do I transfer funds from my Pay balance to portfolio?

1. Select the arrow icon in Pay

2. Select the Transfer to portfolio option from the selection pop-up

3. Follow the instructions as set

How long will it take for my assets to appear in my Pay balance?

It typically takes a few seconds for transfer to be processed. We'll send an email and push notification once it's completed.

Can I cancel the transaction after submitting it?

No, users aren't allowed to cancel after submission. Users can transfer their balance from pay balance back to exchange if required.
